We strive to be the premier health center in West Houston for improving all people’s lives through fitness, nutrition, and community. Our mission is to build a diverse community of neighbors as individual relationships form through vulnerability. We will grow together through tears, blood, and sweat… lots and lots of sweat. We train athletes across the generations… from 8 to 87-years old!

What Makes Crossfit Fulshear Different?

At CrossFit Fulshear we believe in utilizing functional movements to help you get in the best shape of your life. Functional movements are the running, jumping, pushing, pulling, and lifting that make us human. Our workouts are short, intense and effective. To look and perform at your best, your body needs the hormone release that comes from short and intense workouts.

Our programming is fun, creative, and new every day. We enjoy all aspects of athletic training: gymnastics, Olympic and power weightlifting, cardio, kettlebells, and speed training. You need to get stronger every day. We do this by pushing, pulling, squatting weight every day. We also push sleds, climb ropes, and swing kettlebells.

Our community is built on encouraging you to get better every day. It takes a special blend of determination and humility to do what we do. Every day we push ourselves knowing that there is always another hill to climb.

No matter your current fitness level or experience, you can reach your goals. Whether you need to lose a few pounds, gain some muscle, or get better at your specific sport, CrossFit Fulshear has a program designed for you.
