CrossFit Fulshear has a philosophy: there are no shortcuts.  We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if it is applied correctly and we have perfected the “Art of CrossFit.”

CrossFit Fulshear’s brand of CrossFit is an EXCELLENT program that emphasizes efficiency and mastering movements, which all equate to getting fit. Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a “coach-led” dynamic warm-up or mobility sessions, followed by work that leads into either a strength movement or skill practice. Once we have put in some hard work there, it is on to conditioning.

A note about safety: Some of the movements are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. That’s why safety is always every coach’s 1st priority. Every workout is tailored to the individual, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
